Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15 years' experience in risk management within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for construction projects, evaluating risks related to scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and environmental impact.
• Develop risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks, collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, working closely with regulatory bodies as required.
• Prepare and present detailed risk reports, including risk registers, risk matrices, and mitigation plans, to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Lead crisis and emergency response efforts, developing and implementing emergency response plans for construction sites.
