Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to identify and monitor risks across large-scale projects. You will develop risk registers, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans, leading workshops with cross-functional teams to evaluate risk exposure and drive informed decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in risk management within engineering or infrastructure projects, with proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis and Monte Carlo methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification like PMI-RMP/FRM/CRM preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of risk management or risk analysis experience in engineering/construction/infrastructure/capital projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, RiskWatch, or equivalent software.
• Strong knowledge of risk management processes: identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, reporting.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis including Monte Carlo and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or risk analysis within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale engineering, EPC, PMC, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, RiskWatch, or equivalent risk management software.
• Strong knowledge of project risk management processes, including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulation and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).
• Knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
