Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, functional consultants, and developers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Odoo ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple clients and industries.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP project management, preferably Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, business processes, and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Odoo Project, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• PMP or Prince certification is a plus.
