Job summary

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Engineer to lead customer relationships, governance, coordination, and reporting. The position requires 5+ years in service delivery or project management, with hands-on experience across Azure, M365, GCP, and OCI, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management
• Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), GCP, and OCI
• Experience managing customer relationships and governance meetings
• Ability to coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with architects
• Experience managing SR/CR intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery
• Strong skills in risk, action, and issue tracking
• Experience in reporting, documentation, and delivery milestone tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationality is required
• ITIL knowledge preferred
• Experience coordinating cloud-related architecture and service delivery activities
