Job summary

MCG Asia is seeking a senior CRM programme leader to guide client-facing Dynamics CRM implementations and transformation engagements from discovery through adoption. You will define scope, governance, and delivery plans, while ensuring outcomes align with client objectives.

You will work with clients and internal teams, translate requirements into practical roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support sales opportunities, with 7+ years in CRM and Dynamics-focused roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering CRM or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, transformation and optimisation projects for clients.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear project scopes, delivery plans, CRM roadmaps and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, developers, data specialists and change-management resources.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure proposed solutions meet agreed business objectives, without needing to personally configure or develop the platform.
• Support sales and business-development activity, including opportunity qualification, client presentations, solution workshops, proposal development and statements of work.
• 7+ years of experience delivering CRM, customer transformation, sales transformation or customer-service transformation projects.
• Demonstrable experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation projects in a project manager, engagement manager, functional lead or consulting-manager capacity.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, planning, delivery, testing, deployment, adoption and post-go-live optimisation.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes, such as sales, customer service, marketing, lead-to-order or customer lifecycle management.

This role will lead client-facing CRM implementation and transformation engagements, helping organisations define business requirements, shape practical CRM solutions and deliver programmes successfully from discovery through to adoption.

The successful candidate will combine strong project-delivery experience with commercial awareness, working closely with clients, internal consulting teams and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities, support proposals and build long-term client relationships.
