Job summary

Rite Global IT Services (RGIS) is seeking an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead onsite Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and manage budgets across client sites in the region.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in delivering complex ERP/CRM initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP/CRM projects.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Commerce, WMS) projects.
• Onsite client-facing experience with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The D365 Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. This onsite role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in managing complex ERP/CRM projects. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful D365 implementations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including user training and adoption strategies, to ensure smooth transitions to D365 systems.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure D365 solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure seamless integration of external solutions with D365.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Commerce and Warehouse Management System or other modules) projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP/CRM projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working in onsite client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Certifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of D365 modules, configuration, and customization processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of related technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, or integrations with other enterprise systems.
