Job summary

Imploy in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Based in Jeddah, you will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop plans and manage resources.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of PM experience; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus. Excellent English; Arabic an advantage. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of PM experience.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation and status updates.
• Track budgets and resources.
• Facilitate project meetings and report progress to management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah and lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
