Role Description

PMO Global is hiring an experiencedProject Manager (EPC – Buildings & Living Quarters) for projects based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading end-to-end EPC execution of living quarters and technical buildings within industrial and offshore environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multi-disciplinary EPC scopes, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC execution for living quarters and technical building projects
• Manage architectural, HVAC, electrical & instrumentation, plumbing, and SACS scopes
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, IMO, ABS, and DNV standards
• Oversee modular construction, offshore conversions, and repair works
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 15–20 years’ experience in EPC projects (Buildings / Living Quarters)
• Strong knowledge of international marine and industrial standards
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects within time and budget
• Middle East experience, particularly Saudi Arabia, preferred
