Job Description

• Develop and execute an integrated plan for the project; control the changes; accurately specify the project scope in terms of items and timelines; and get acquainted with the defined technical aspects for work execution.
• Estimate the times and deadlines of the project; prepare the time schedules by the programs and applications used for the development of work schedules, in which the scheduled tasks, execution periods and available resources for each task are defined.
• Manage the requested resources and costs of completing the project, including planning and managing the human and material resources, equipment and technicians; estimate the cost in coordination with cost engineers as well as the engineers concerned with following-up-on the expenditure.
• Prepare and apply a plan for the relationships with all stakeholders of the project; provide basis for information sharing and communicating the status of project progress.
• Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
