Siemens in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Engineer to join our Electrification & Automation team. You will lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning activities to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The role requires a fresh graduate with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in an international context. English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or control engineering.
• Fresh graduate with strong technical foundation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer focus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Identify resources and assign tasks to project team.
• Lead and motivate the project team to meet objectives.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication and prepare status reports.
• Facilitate meetings to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables.
• Implement quality control processes and best practices.
