About The Role
Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic client program comprising a major automated warehouse implementation alongside multiple IT, warehouse operations, and infrastructure projects. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring direct engagement with C-level executives and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different technical domains.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program delivery, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall client program, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, including a major automated warehouse initiative and other IT and warehouse operations projects.
- Manage end-to-end program execution across design, infrastructure, systems integration, and hardware deployment.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and governance reports.
- Plan and allocate resources across engineering, IT, operations, and technical teams.
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate infrastructure and systems integration across all program workstreams.
- Lead governance meetings and present program status, risks, milestones, and recommendations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance against timelines, budgets, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
- Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery across all projects within the program.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or enterprise programs.
- Experience delivering IT projects and/or warehouse operations, counting, or infrastructure projects is required.
- Experience with warehouse automation projects is an added advantage.
- Strong background in vendor management, contract administration, and resource planning.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with and presenting to C-level executives.
- Good understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure planning, and hardware deployment.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
