Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction or infrastructure.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations.
• Experience managing projects with budgets over SAR 100 million.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Makkah.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ISO 45001/NEBOSH safety standards, and ARAMCO/SABIC requirements.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to align objectives and approvals.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material approvals.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet BEC Arabia's standards of excellence.
• Implement sustainability practices, including adherence to green building standards like Mostadam and LEED.
• Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
