Job summary

The Arab Lens is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our production facility in Saudi Arabia, driving operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, quality and maintenance.

You will lead production targets, safety, cost control and quality standards, build budgets, mentor a large team, and partner with Supply Chain, Finance and QA to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience, including plant leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing large manufacturing teams.
• Excellent leadership and financial management skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality systems.
• MBA is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans that support production and business objectives.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, production and warehouse operations.

• Prepare operational performance reports for executive management.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement.
