Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Head of Production and Saudi Pro League team.
• Diary management, meeting minutes, agendas and travel arrangements.
• Assist with call sheets, scheduling software and health and safety standards.
• Organise hotels, travel, venues and IT/AV for meetings.
• Support visa applications, cost tracking and budgeting for crews.
