Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations across tournament venues in Saudi Arabia. You will help move equipment, manage deliveries and coordinate with suppliers, drivers and venue teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in logistics, plus knowledge of local customs. This is an on‑site, 3–5 month project in Riyadh; iqama is required.

• Knowledge of local customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
• Valid iqama.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and movement of equipment and materials.
• Track logistics requests, deliveries and equipment movements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, contractors and venue teams.
• Assist with receiving, checking and distributing materials and equipment.
• Maintain basic logistics records, schedules and tracking documents.
• Support venue logistics activities before and during tournament operations.
• Help resolve day-to-day logistics issues as needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of items when required.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations across tournament venues and sites. The role will assist with the movement of equipment and materials, deliveries, logistics requests and coordination with suppliers, drivers and venue teams. About the project: A high-profile, international football tournament

Contract: 3 to 5 months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and movement of equipment and materials.
• Track logistics requests, deliveries and equipment movements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, contractors and venue teams.
• Assist with receiving, checking and distributing materials and equipment.
• Maintain basic logistics records, schedules and tracking documents.
• Support venue logistics activities before and during tournament operations.
• Help resolve day-to-day logistics issues and escal * where required.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of items when required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in logistics/ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Negotiation skills for vendor and carrier coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of local customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus
• Valid iqama

Experience Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
• Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian market is preferred
