Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company is seeking a production cost control professional in Jeddah to monitor direct product costs and ensure adherence to target costs. You will analyze yield, losses, and BOM accuracy while supporting R&D in implementing new processes on the production line.

Responsibilities include cost control, production line capacity definition, and driving continuous improvements to reduce stoppages and improve efficiency, aligned with sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Daily controls the direct cost of the products and assures the compliance with target cost.
• Implement the control chart necessary to assure the control of the direct cost of the products.
• Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, as well as each line impact in the overall result.
• Assure that the bills of materials are in accordance with the processes.
• Analyze BOM deviation results and support actions.
• Inventory: assure that stocks are correct.
• Anomaly Reports preparation for abnormal losses.
• Assist the R&D team to implement new processes and products in the production line.
• Analyzing production performance, propose and implement projects to increase productivity.
• Control the productivity of the production lines and propose projects to increase it.
• Ensure proper cost rating per line and correct UEP index.
• Define the capacities production lines.
• Implement improvements for stoppages reduction.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ESG commitments.
