Job summary

MBRF in Saudi Arabia seeks a cost controller to manage direct product costs, ensure BOM accuracy, and drive productivity across production lines. You will implement cost controls, analyze yields and losses, and assess line impacts on overall results.

Responsibilities include production cost control, BOM deviation analysis, inventory accuracy, anomaly reporting, and collaboration with R&D to implement new processes while supporting sustainability and ESG commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in cost control and production efficiency is desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Daily controls the direct cost of the products and assures the compliance with the target cost.
• Implement the control chart necessary to assure the control of the direct cost of the products.
• Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, as well as each line impact in the overall result.
• Assure that the bills of materials are in accordance with the processes.
• Analyze the BOM deviation results and support on the actions.
• Inventory: assure that the stocks are correct.
• Anomaly Reports preparation for abnormal losses.
• Assist the R&D team to implement new processes and products in the production line.
• Analyzing the production performance, propose and implement projects to increase productivity.
• Control the productivity of the production lines and propose projects to increase it.
• Ensure the proper cost rating per line and the correct UEP index.
• Define the capacities production lines.
• Implement improvements for stoppages reduction.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG commitments of the Company.

Academic Background
