• Daily controls the direct cost of products and ensures target cost compliance.
• Implement control charts to monitor direct product costs.
• Provide detailed analysis of yield, losses, and line impact on overall results.
• Ensure Bills of Materials align with processes and analyze deviations.

Job Description

• Daily controls the direct cost of the products and assures the compliance with the target cost.
• Implement the control chart necessary to assure the control of the direct cost of the products
• Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, as well as each line impact in the overall result
• Assure that the bills of materials are in accordance with the processes.
• Analyze the BOM deviation results and support on the actions
• Inventory: assure that the stocks are correct.
• Anomaly Reports preparation for abnormal losses
• Assist the R&D team to implement new processes and products in the production line.
• Analyzing the production performance, propose and implement projects to increase productivity.
• Control the productivity of the production lines and propose projects to increase it.
• Ensure the proper cost rating per line and the correct UEP index.
• Define the capacities production lines.
• Implement improvements for stoppages reduction
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or any related areas.
