Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants in Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks a diligent assistant to support printing machine operations and production tasks, following SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with machine setup, start-up, shutdown, cleaning, changeovers, and material handling; loading and unloading materials; monitoring production and reporting issues; maintaining records and housekeeping; and coordinating with Operators, Supervisors, Quality and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Printing Technology or related field.
• Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printing machines and production processes.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work 6 days on / 1 day off and overtime when required.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and changeovers; handle and supply materials.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and finished products.
• Monitor production and report machine issues or quality problems.
• Maintain production records and uphold safety, quality, and PPE standards.
• Coordinate with Operators, Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Support basic machine adjustments and routine operational checks.
• Help minimize material waste and production losses.
