Job summary

Napco National Company in Dammam seeks a Production Operator to ensure smooth startup and ongoing manufacturing readiness. You will validate documents, operate machinery per instructions, troubleshoot issues, and support QC and maintenance teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, logging daily production reports, applying 5S, and generating labels for products and pallets to ensure accurate packing and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.
• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction to insure a safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Check and relay startup sample to the Team Leader for approval before passing for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Conduct quality inspection according to the self-inspection sheet by operator, sign it and provide samples to QC for inspection to ensure a quality run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader to take necessary action.
• Request maintenance support for reparation task from Team Leader to conduct corrective maintenance.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding work place.
• Fill the daily Production Report and relay it to the Team Leader to document and track all production activities.
• Fill Process Control card for new orders and relay it to the Team Leader for approval and system logging for better productivity and efficiency.
• Generate the product and pallet label to ensure correct details and packing mode.

• Implement health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
• Attend all training offered by the company and Contribute in the different OH&S activities
• Report; lock out, all near misses, and stop unsafe acts, and conditions.
• Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before beginning any work.
• Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
• Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
