Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brands’ teams to obtain list of new products to be uploaded on the website.
• Collate all product information from all brands and submit the list to the studio team weekly.
• Ensure products’ information, categorization and photos are correct before uploading.
• Check for re-shoots and ensure items needing reshooting are available for the studio teams and completed promptly.
• Manage studio schedule and timelines with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy.
• Support Buyer & Merchandising Manager in producing reports to the business.
