A leading organization operating in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment is seeking a Product Owner to drive early-stage discovery and definition of AI initiatives. The role requires strong structuring, analytical, and stakeholder alignment capabilities to progress AI opportunities from concept to execution-ready stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to identify, define, and prioritize AI opportunities across various business domains.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured problem statements, clear use cases, and high-level solution outlines.
• Develop user journeys, functional flows, and early design artifacts to support alignment across business and technical teams.
• Produce, maintain, and manage documentation such as use-case catalogs, product requirements, and discovery outputs.
• Support structured processes for prioritization, planning, and transition from discovery into delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across complex, multi-party environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or program-related roles.
• Strong analytical, discovery, and requirement-structuring skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and executive-level documentation.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and aligning competing priorities.
• Familiarity with end-to-end delivery models (agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
• Ability to work autonomously, drive progress, and produce accurate and high?quality outputs.
