Job summary

Laverne Group is seeking a Product Specialist to manage product information, analyze data, and prepare technical documentation. You will coordinate with internal teams to support operations and quality, ensuring accurate product records.

You will use ERP tools (Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel to monitor inventory and trends, while maintaining English-language documentation for suppliers and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in product coordination or operations.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product information, specifications, and pricing in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Analyze product and sales data using Excel, monitor inventory, and track market trends.
• Prepare technical reports and product documentation in English for suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide product-related support and guidance to field and operations teams, including training on updates.
• Coordinate with Quality to monitor product quality and availability.
