Job summary

Laverne Group in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented Product Coordinator to manage product information, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a related degree, hands-on ERP and Excel skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will maintain records, monitor availability, and support sourcing, development, and launch activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Coordination, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Operations, or a related field.
• Practical experience in at least two of the following: Procurement, Supply Chain, Production.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information, specifications, pricing, and related records using ERP systems.
• Coordinate product-related requirements with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Support product sourcing, development, and launch activities, including coordination of samples, specifications, packaging, and required documentation.
