Job summary

Unifonic is seeking a Product Manager, Data & Insights to lead customer-facing dashboards and internal reporting systems. You will own end-to-end lifecycle for reporting capabilities, from user research and data modeling to governance and continuous improvement.

You will partner with data engineers, analysts, UX teams, and business stakeholders to build a scalable data ecosystem that enables self-service analytics and supports compliance across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data, analytics, or reporting platforms with a data-driven focus.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing reporting products, dashboards, and internal analytics.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PDPL).
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, analysts, product teams, UX, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, ClickHouse, Vertica) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps for customer-facing analytics and internal reporting infrastructure.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate into data contracts.
• Develop feature specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs for reporting systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to co-develop data models and data marts in data warehouses.
• Own data governance, quality, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Define self-service analytics capabilities and improve dashboard usability for internal and external users.
• Present updates and insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
