Job summary

Moneymoon is seeking a design-oriented intern to audit and extend our design system, refine UI across the app and back-office tools, and prototype flows in Claude Design and Figma. You will validate concepts with users or stakeholders and contribute to consistent product experiences.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Graphic Design.
• Candidates from other technical majors with strong UI/UX portfolio or design experience are welcome.
• Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Claude Design.
• Understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive interface design.
• Basic knowledge of design systems, reusable components, design tokens, and interface patterns.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to usability, consistency, accessibility, and detail.
• Ability to write clear product and UX copy in English and Arabic.
• Projects (university, internship, freelance, hackathon) demonstrating product design and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Audit and extend the design system, including components, tokens, and patterns, using Claude Design to move faster.
• Redesign and improve UI across the app and internal/back-office systems.
• Prototype flows in Claude Design and Figma, then validate with real users or internal stakeholders before development.
• Write and refine bilingual English and Arabic product and UX copy, including microcopy, empty states, error messages, and onboarding content.
• Work closely within the Product and Development cycle to ensure designs are implemented as specified, not simply handed off.
• Document design system usage guidelines so new features remain visually and functionally consistent.
