Job summary

Client of imploy seeks a Product Analytics specialist to drive data‑driven product decisions through SQL, dashboards, and robust tracking.

You will develop and maintain dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase, implement tracking plans, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure accuracy. Experience with dbt and PDPL regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL including complex joins and aggregations.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI Tableau Looker or Metabase.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of tracking plans and event implementation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dbt is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations PDPL.
• Experience in the Marketplace or HR Tech industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing SQL for complex data extraction and analysis including complex joins and aggregations.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI Tableau Looker or Metabase.
• Implementing and managing tracking plans and event definitions.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities for product improvement.
• Contributing to data warehousing modeling using tools like dbt.
• Ensuring data privacy and compliance with regulations PDPL.
