This graduate trainee position supports the daily procurement activities required to keep projects and business operations properly supplied, documented, and monitored. The selected candidate will assist with purchase requests, supplier communication, record maintenance, dashboard reporting, and coordination between procurement teams and internal stakeholders. Through the Tameer Program, the trainee will gain direct exposure to procurement workflows, supply chain controls, data-driven reporting, and process improvement. Accurate records and timely coordination in this role will help improve purchasing visibility, supplier responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
Applicants should hold a bachelor 's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline and have no more than one year of professional experience. The position is suitable for recent graduates with academic projects, internships, or practical exposure to procurement, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain reporting. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting. Good Microsoft Excel skills are also required, together with confidence working with structured data and business documentation. The successful trainee will communicate clearly in written and spoken English, cooperate effectively with colleagues and suppliers, and show a genuine willingness to learn. Initiative, accuracy, curiosity, and dependable follow-through will be important in this fast-moving team environment.
