AECOM is seeking a Procurement Trainee to support daily procurement activities in Riyadh and to assist with purchase requests, supplier coordination, and reporting. You will gain exposure to data-driven procurement workflows and contribute to improving visibility and efficiency within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 0-1 year of professional experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with structured data.

Responsibilities

• Support routine procurement and supply chain activities under guidance.
• Prepare purchase requests, procurement forms, reports, and supporting docs.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and verify data accuracy.
• Update procurement trackers, status reports, and supplier records.
• Analyze procurement data and develop dashboards using Power BI.
• Use Excel to organize information and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for specs, approvals, and delivery info.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding requests, submissions, and order status.
• Track purchase requests and follow up on pending actions.
• Support management reports on procurement activity and performance.
