DP World in Jeddah seeks an experienced procurement professional to source materials, goods, and services for port operations. You will manage RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and awards, ensuring compliance with budgets and quality requirements.

The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, HSE, and Finance to meet timelines and cost targets, while optimizing supplier relationships and procurement processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3 years in a relevant field are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and MS Office applications.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for port and terminal operations, including RFQs/RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, and Finance to understand technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers to ensure best value and continuity.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluations, and justification reports for management approvals.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support supplier sourcing, automation, and process improvements within procurement.
