Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, is seeking an experienced Procurement professional in Riyadh to support procurement, sourcing and contract administration on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will liaise with vendors, prepare RFQs, analyze bids, and ensure timely delivery at the lowest cost under supervision.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in procurement and related fields, with professional certifications being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Procurement, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CIPS/MCIPS are highly desirable.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (rail, transportation, construction, or engineering).

• Under close/direct supervision, purchases supplies and services from vendors at the lowest cost, according to company standards and specifications.
• Assists in preparing request for proposals, analyzes quotes received, selects vendors, schedules and expedites deliveries and follows up on invoices received.
• This level requires a fundamental knowledge of professional concepts, but has not mastered the application of that knowledge.

• Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
