Job summary

Esnad Contracting in Riyadh seeks a Procurement Specialist to join our team. You will source spare parts, equipment, tools and maintenance materials from qualified suppliers, and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, specs and delivery timelines.

You will negotiate prices and terms, prepare purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse and Finance, identify cost savings, and maintain supplier records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• 2–5 years in procurement, especially spare parts or MRO.
• Knowledge of supplier management and quotation evaluation.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Good English language skills.

• Good command of English.
