Mina Excellence is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist in Riyadh to manage end-to-end purchasing across F&B, non-food, and facilities. You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely, compliant purchasing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.

Manage day-to-day procurement activities across F&B, non-food, operational supplies, equipment, services, facilities, and other business requirements.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, supplier quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, service level, lead time, payment terms, and compliance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Support the procurement of food products, beverages, ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, cleaning supplies, uniforms, equipment, spare parts, and general operational requirements.

Coordinate with F&B, Operations, Finance, Warehouse, Facilities, Maintenance, and other internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely purchasing.

Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify competitive pricing, alternative products, and new sourcing opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, and service agreements with suppliers.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, supplier agreements, quotations, price lists, and other procurement documentation.

Monitor supplier performance, including delivery schedules, product quality, order accuracy, and compliance with agreed terms.

Follow up on outstanding orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery or quality issues.

Support the management, renewal, and negotiation of supplier contracts and service agreements.

Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, approved vendor lists, and purchasing reports.

Monitor purchasing spend and support cost-control and cost-saving initiatives across procurement categories.

Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure proper documentation for invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments.

Work closely with Warehouse and Inventory teams to monitor stock levels, consumption, replenishment requirements, and product availability.

Ensure F&B products and other purchased materials meet required quality, specification, shelf-life, packaging, and regulatory standards.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, delegated authorities, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, sourcing strategies, and supplier performance standards.

Identify procurement risks, supply interruptions, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.

Prepare regular procurement reports covering spend, savings, supplier performance, purchase orders, pending deliveries, and procurement activities.

Perform other procurement, sourcing, and supply chain duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a similar role.

Experience in F&B procurement is highly preferred, particularly within restaurants, hospitality, catering, food manufacturing, retail, or food-service operations.

Experience handling multiple procurement categories such as food, beverages, packaging, consumables, equipment, facilities, services, and general supplies.

Knowledge of local suppliers and markets in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, quotation analysis, negotiation, and contract administration.

Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
