The Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF) invites applications for a Procurement Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities—from PR initiation to PO closure—working across departments and service providers.

You will monitor SLAs, support RFQs/RFPs, and ensure compliance with DOA while delivering timely, cost-effective sourcing and supplier management in a dynamic, sport-governance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement experience; SLA-based operating model preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PR, RFQ/RFP, tendering, PO and supplier management processes.
• Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring, performance tracking and escalations.
• Understanding of procurement governance, Delegation of Authority and compliance controls.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal and external suppliers.
• Proficient Excel skills; Oracle or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and drive closure.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage SAMF’s end-to-end procurement cycle, from PR initiation through PO issuance, contracting and closure.
• Monitor procurement SLAs and maintain trackers and dashboards for requests, approvals, delays, risks and escalations.
• Coordinate RFQs, RFPs and tenders, including scopes, bidder communications, evaluations and awards.
• Support sourcing, market assessments and supplier evaluations, and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and SLAs/KPIs, maintain records and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs and Delegation of Authority, escalating exceptions.
• Support annual procurement planning and track commitments and deadlines.
• Analyze procurement data, resolve escalated issues and suggest savings opportunities.
• Provide Director of Shared Services with procurement reports and assist audits and governance reviews.
