A leading Saudi sports club in Al Khobar is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee RFQ-based procurement operations. This role includes supervising procurement staff, driving efficiency and supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, along with 8-12 years of procurement experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Formación

• 8–12 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing multi-category procurement portfolios.
• Strong leadership and negotiation expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.
• Lead negotiations for high-value procurement.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions.
