Job summary

A leading fintech company in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with procurement processes, including managing purchase requisitions and orders, supporting vendor communication, and maintaining procurement records. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
• Support vendor communication, including follow-ups on deliveries, quotations, and documentation.
• Help maintain and update procurement records, databases, and tracking sheets.
• Assist in reviewing invoices and coordinating with the Finance team for payment processing.
• Support contract documentation, filing, and organization.
• Conduct basic market research and price comparisons for goods and services.
• Help ensure procurement activities follow internal policies and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth procurement operations.
