Job summary

Responsibilities

• Liaise with O&M sections and vendors concerning purchasing and logistics operations.
• Assisting vendor packages and procurement schedules for material planning on projects.
• Assisting commercially and issuing CBEs to obtain procurement review and approval.
• Ensure requisitions of purchase meet specifications and negotiate with vendors.

Responsibilities & duties

• Liaise with all relevant sections (O&M) of the organization and vendors concerning purchasing and logistics operations.
• Assisting vendor packages, and procurement schedules for material planning in all ongoing projects.
• Assisting commercially and issue CBEs to obtain procurement engineer review and approval.
• Check and ensure that all items in the Requisitions of Purchase are procured according to specifications. Negotiate commercial TCs with vendors and preserve best procurement performs.
