Job summary

BSM Electronic Services seeks a procurement engineer with MEP experience to support purchasing and logistics across ongoing projects. The role requires liaising with O&M sections and vendors, managing vendor packages and procurement schedules, and issuing CBEs for review and approval.

The ideal candidate has SAP and MS Office proficiency, Gulf overseas experience, and excellent English communication skills; Chennai interview indicated in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP products (MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC) required.
• SAP and MS Office software experience is mandatory.
• Gulf overseas experience is a must.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with O&M sections and vendors concerning purchasing and logistics operations.
• Assist vendor packages and procurement schedules for material planning in ongoing projects.
• Assist commercially and issue CBEs to obtain procurement engineer review and approval.
• Check that requisitions of purchase are procured according to specifications.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and preserve best procurement performance.
