Job summary

Hemamco Company Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for Saudi Aramco–approved and other major projects. The role covers requisition through close-out, emphasizing high-quality procurement, safety, and adherence to engineering standards.

You will review requisitions, source suppliers, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate, place purchase orders, and expedite delivery while coordinating with project teams to meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience preferred.
• EPC/industrial procurement background preferred.
• Technical and commercial bid evaluation experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review material requisitions and technical procurement requirements.
• Identify and source qualified suppliers.
• Issue RFQs and manage vendor inquiries.
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Conduct commercial clarification and negotiation.
• Prepare purchase recommendations and purchase orders.
• Expedite manufacturing and delivery.
• Coordinate logistics and material delivery with project teams.
• Support vendor-performance evaluation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project budget and schedule.
