Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Jeddah is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead SAP FI/CO configurations, support end-to-end financial processes, and drive S/4HANA finance implementations. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with business and IT teams across GL, AP, AR, AA, tax, cost and profitability accounting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP FICO, strong English communication, and proven ability to work with stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO, with a good understanding of end-to-end financial business processes. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have worked with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive-related organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Configure and support:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Tax configuration
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR
• Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and/or transformation projects
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial accounting and controlling processes
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support
• Good understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Automotive Experience - Preferred

• Automotive industry experience is preferred
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive service organizations is an advantage
• Understanding of automotive financial processes and business operations is a plus
• Candidates with experience supporting SAP FICO within an automotive environment will be highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in the GCC/Saudi market is a plus
• Automotive industry experience is preferred
