Job summary

Exclusive Household Staff is seeking an experienced Live-in Wellness Chef for a private household in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on preparing fresh, healthy meals for an elderly Principal, requiring discretion, sensitivity, and a broad culinary repertoire.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of professional culinary experience, with private/ family chef background. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, with travel flexibility and collaboration with health professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably as Private Chef or in private households
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking, especially for elderly clients
• VIP or UHNW household experience is advantageous
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred; English proficiency is a plus
• Mature, professional, patient, caring, discreet and adaptable
• Flexibility with occasional travel is essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with healthy, varied menus
• Cater to dietary requirements (low-salt, diabetic-friendly, gluten-free) and monitor nutrition
• Develop menus across Arabic, Mediterranean, Asian and Western cuisines
• Manage household kitchen operations: shopping, stock control, cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists and health professionals when needed
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and local health regulation compliance
• Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and safety of all meals
