Job summary

Arab Graph Trading Company in Dammam is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and promote printer consumables and printing solutions. You will achieve sales targets through regular customer visits and proactive business development activities.

Minimum 2–3 years in retail or B2C sales with knowledge of printers/IT peripherals is a plus; English and Arabic proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in retail / B2C sales / field sales
Experience in printers/IT peripherals is a plus
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required
Good command of English and Arabic (additional languages appreciated)

Responsibilities

Actively generate and qualify new customer leads
Visit existing and potential customers daily via field visits, phone calls, referrals, walk-ins and digital channels
Understand customers' printing needs and recommend consumables and accessories
Present product features and benefits and demonstrate value based on usage
Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly targets
Handle customer inquiries, objections and returns professionally
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM or sales tools
Follow-up on pending leads and orders to drive repeat purchases
