Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years in Oil & Gas offshore and infrastructure.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20 electrical engineers and designers.
• Strong knowledge of design practices, codes (IEEE, NFPA, API, IEC, ANSI/NEMA) and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Experience with electrical power systems analyses and protective coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–20 electrical engineers and designers across FEED and detailed design.
• Develop discipline work plans and perform electrical system studies (e.g., ETAP).
• Prepare work-hour estimates and electrical equipment sizing/specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and clients.
