You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, monitor service standards, control costs, and collaborate with culinary team to ensure exceptional experiences and menu execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role at a steakhouse, grill restaurant, or upscale casual dining concept.
• Strong knowledge of steak cuts, grilling techniques, and premium dining service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, labor costs, and profitability.
• Experience working in the UAE hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
