You will supervise staff, train new hires, monitor inventory and costs, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food and labor costs.
• Handle cash management, register balancing, and daily sales reports.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Help achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Step in for the Restaurant Manager during absences.
