Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a premium mixed-use compound in Riyadh. You will maximize occupancy and revenue, lead tenant relations, coordinate leasing outreach, and ensure full regulatory compliance across property management functions.

You will manage financial processes, vendor coordination, and resident services while aligning with MoMRA, ZATCA and local standards. A strong track record in commercial real estate and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related field.
