Qualifications

• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development aligned with standards and school guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Strong classroom management, safety focus, and commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Plan and implement classroom activities, manage a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Observe and document student progress; communicate regularly with families and leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment; participate in staff meetings and PD.
