Job summary

Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem with headquarters in Riyadh, is seeking an Operations Officer / Accounts Officer to manage merchant onboarding, POS-related vendor activities, and regulatory compliance in the POS domain.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will coordinate with banks and internal teams, ensuring accurate reporting and timely SLA adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience as an Operations Officer / Accounts Officer.
• Acquiring banking knowledge and SAMA regulatory framework essential.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services.
• Knowledgeable in TMS (Terminal Management System – SAMA).
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication.
• Self-driven and hardworking with the ability to work independently across teams.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders within the bank and internal operations team.
• Understand the inner workings of the bank and identify obstacles.
• Develop an excellent working relationship with cross-functional teams within EPOS.
• Understand the regulations and be knowledgeable on SAMA rules related to POS business.
• Knowledge of settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory rules.
• Be the SME for account management and contracts.
