Job summary

Autobia is seeking a Portfolio Growth Specialist to own engagement and growth across the client lifecycle. You will segment clients, analyze usage, and flag churn signals to inform the Program Manager.

The role focuses on retention, cross-sell opportunities, and expanding credit limits while coordinating with commercial teams. The ideal candidate has a 1–2 year track record in client success or analytics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in client success, growth, CRM, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build client segmentation models and derive actionable insights from data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and client lifecycle management concepts.
• Self-starter comfortable building processes and frameworks from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain the client segmentation model, updating classifications based on activity, growth potential and engagement data.
• Analyze client usage patterns and behavioral trends to identify engagement gaps, growth opportunities, and churn signals.
• Monitor client health indicators and flag insights to the Program Manager.
• Provide data-driven insights to support credit limit and portfolio decisions.
• Execute targeted retention and engagement initiatives for each client segment.
• Identify high-potential clients for credit limit growth and coordinate with commercial teams for action.
