Job summary

Soundlines Group is seeking a mobile equipment electrical technician with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the port/terminal sector. The role involves preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on heavy vehicles, troubleshooting of electrical and control systems, and interpreting wiring diagrams and manuals.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or technology, good English communication, and be prepared to work across sites in the Kingdom of Saudi

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance of mobile/heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment and heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system faults in heavy and light equipment.
• Carry out maintenance activities according to schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals and technical documentation.
• Identify components, circuits, wiring faults, sensors, relays, and control systems.
• Use electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Be willing to work at locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required.
